I’m deeply grateful for the outstanding care my father received at this nursing facility. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and supportive. My mom spent 10 weeks at Colonial until she passed after several hospital stays on November 15, 2025. Barbara Beal and her Team were amazing and I couldn't have hoped for better care for my mother during the hardest time of our lives. The staff was so friendly, attentive and always made sure she was comfortable. The facility is definitely in need of an overhaul, but care and staff make up for it 1000%. Thank you so much for everything, couldn't have made it through without you and your Team.

Had a great visit today! We met with Trudy Ann, who was super welcoming. The highlight, for sure, was when a resident's family member told us this facility is way better than the last one they used. It really shows how much this team genuinely cares about what they do. We were also greeted by Garret - kind people for sure. :-)
