I’m deeply grateful for the outstanding care my father received at this nursing facility. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and supportive. My mom spent 10 weeks at Colonial until she passed after several hospital stays on November 15, 2025. Barbara Beal and her Team were amazing and I couldn't have hoped for better care for my mother during the hardest time of our lives. The staff was so friendly, attentive and always made sure she was comfortable. The facility is definitely in need of an overhaul, but care and staff make up for it 1000%. Thank you so much for everything, couldn't have made it through without you and your Team.

The staff members are not only professional, but incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward the residents and their families. Barbara is absolutely amazing — she is always available, communicates clearly, and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. You can tell she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents receive the best care possible. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with dignity, compassion, and top-quality care, Colonial Skilled Nursing is the place to go. I highly recommend it.

Had a great visit today! We met with Trudy Ann, who was super welcoming. The highlight, for sure, was when a resident's family member told us this facility is way better than the last one they used. It really shows how much this team genuinely cares about what they do. We were also greeted by Garret - kind people for sure. :-)

From the very beginning, The Colonial Assisted Living in West Palm Beach has exceeded my expectations in every way. Finding the right place for a loved one is never easy, but the team here made the process smooth and gave me peace of mind. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and patient — they treat residents like family, not just numbers. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being, safety, and happiness of everyone who lives here. The facility itself is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The environment feels warm and home-like, which makes such a difference for both residents and their families. Meals are thoughtfully prepared, and the activities offered keep residents engaged, social, and active. Whether it’s daily care, medical needs, or simply providing companionship, the team goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled with kindness and professionalism. What stands out most to me is the respect and dignity given to residents. My father Daniel Godin is not only well cared for but also truly enjoys being part of the community here.
