My elderly developmentally disabled sister is there and she is as happy as I've seen her. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. The food is all homemade and delicious large portions.

The nurses seem to be bothered when you ask for medication. The management never got back to me when I left messages to file a complaint.

When Dad discharged from the hospital in January, I was pleased to find this senior facility close to home with private room and PT/OT services to help Dad's rehabilitation needs and incontinence care. For more than 4 months, I have met many helpful and knowledgeable staff --administration, doctors, nurses, therapists, dietary coordinator, maintenance personnel, aides, chaplain, house keepers, transportation drivers...They have been helping me navigate trough many challenges. I loved to see Dad's smiles when he hit many bulls eyes in OT sessions and when he sincerely said 'thank you' to aides after they helped him or to therapists after fun therapy times. The home feel design of each house is very inviting and welcoming. Witnessing how staff and residents mingled and shared many laughters together in the Olympics Day event brought tears in my eyes. Everyone deserves to be happy. A joyful greeting brightens someone's day and uplifts spirit. Thank you for providing elderly people a lovely home away from home!

I’m very happy. I’ve gotten good care while I’m here. Therapy is wonderful. Dr. P is great. The food is tasty. The EA’s are very good. I’ve enjoyed my time here. The nurses have been really amazing.
