The care my husband received was horrendous. The facility he was discharged from OSU east with a pik line safety guidelines were not followed, there was a roach in his bed, the facility employees are very unprofessional and communication is horrible. He was discharged without his antibiotics referral and had to be readmitted to the hospital the following day. Please don’t send your loved ones to this facility it is unsafe and dangerous

If you have a sick dog or someone you don't care about this is the perfect place to bring them. Warehousing humans for profit is something that should never happen but unfortunately does. This is a fine example of substandard care for a overinflated price.

My husband broke his ankle in 2/2024 and was sent here for rehab. He could never get a nurse to help him to the bathroom, they never gave him the meds he was supposed to get (they claimed the doctor never prescribed them). All his meals were cold when he got them and he would only get 2 meals a day. They never actually done any type of rehab. The whole facility was dirty, smelled like feces and there were bugs everywhere. Now they are trying to charge me for his stay instead of insurance. I have called them 4 times this week and they send me to a lady named Ms. McGraff and I have left 4 messages for her and she never responds.

I can't say enough positive things about Creekside Care Center of Gahanna. From the moment I walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere. The court yard is huge and absolutely gorgeous. The nurses, aides, and therapists are not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive. If you're looking for a care center that combines professionalism with heartfelt care, I highly recommend Creekside.
