My son has been here for about 2 weeks and I am so pleased with his care. Everyone is so kind, patient and helpful. It's a great relief knowing he's is very well taken care of. No regrets!!

The majority of the staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. The building itself felt outdated… more like a hospital on the inside and a prison on the outside. Security was also concerning; the guard at the entrance appeared unprofessional, and there was no verification of who we were before being allowed in. Additionally, the accommodations were extremely lacking. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, and the blanket provided offered little to no warmth. For an environment that serves elderly individuals, comfort should be a basic priority, and it was clearly not met here.

Went to visit a longtime client of mine. Staff was friendly, one of them even helped me get in, had an hard time with door. Was easy to check in, she seems like she’s doing much better.

From the moment you step in, the front desk staff will greet you with a warm welcome. Ann, Michelle and Vanessa from admission are incredibly helpful. Ann, thank you for your empathetic service. The nursing team including the social workers , and nurses aides are super caring and attentive. I would like to mention and thank the support staff from housekeeping and the kitchen for their incredible contributions to the team of attentive and hardworking people. For all of you who have made patient care as one of your life’s mission, keep up and continue the works of our Creator. Thank you for your dedication to providing compassionate and respectful care. Please extend my gratitude to your entire team.
