Overall, the grounds are well kept, parking is not bad compared to other facilities, rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the hallways are clean, and the Activities Staff is excellent. They are very good to the residents.

In 2024, my dad was placed on hospice and Odd Fellow became his home. They were so patient and kind with how they treated him and also very accommodating when we came to visit. I still stop by to check in on the staff who helped to take care of him. Thanks also to Angella G who always made sure the residents have clean bedding, clothes and spaces. I normally hate facilities but I spent hours at this place and still visit the staff. Thanks to Odd Fellow and their staff for all they do for families at their lowest/saddest times.

Our experience was excellent from the nurses to the administrators. My dad went there on hospice and the staff was extremely caring and supportive to our whole family. While he was not there long, the staff left a long lasting positive impression. On his first night Connie (nurse) was very confident and reassured us all his anxiety was all normal. The compassion from everyone there helped us feel he was in a safe place.

Oddfellows was the only place that had a room when my husband was released from the hospital. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews. And the physical building and atmosphere did not look like the ads on the television! No carpets, freshly painted rooms, or designer furniture to say the least. However, I have been overwhelmed by the love and care for my husband. The staff treat my loved one like one of their own family. And, it is not just my husband, it is all the patients. I have seen it with my own eyes. Some folks have no family visiting yet they are treated with upmost respect and dignity by the caretakers. Yes, there are patients who are struggling with many issues and can get upset or aggressive. Still, the first attempt is to deescalate and offer kindness to calm them down. No matter what I request, they are happy to oblige and with a smiling face. Yes, it is shabby, but it is cleaned thoroughly every day. I had my husband's name into other facilities, but have decided to stay here where we are treated as family. Gratitude, Pastor Judy Hanlon
