This place is filthy. The type of filth you see fit to inhabit cockroaches. Smells of urine and sickly poop. Always short staffed. Toilets always seem clogged. Staff throwing used diapers in the patients room trash cans. The office staff are very hostile with each other. Call lights go unanswered for long periods of times. Some staff leave patients unchanged the entire shift. The rehab unit is full of yelling and confused patients that sit at the nurses desk all day and evening. The move the patients rooms constantly.

It bears to mention that this is a small, non-profit hospital. My dad has been very well taken care of both in short term and now long term care at Holy Trinity. The staff is kind and attentive. No place is perfect - and this is tough transition regardless of where you are - but we are thankful to have found this gem.

This place should not be allowed to care for anyone, especially the elderly. The staff is inattentive, dismissive, and at times outright cruel. My father’s basic needs are ignored, call buttons go unanswered, and residents are treated like inconveniences instead of human beings. This facility is a disgrace. The way they treat elderly residents is appalling — neglectful, dehumanizing, and borderline abusive. Residents are left unattended for hours, basic hygiene is ignored, and staff members act irritated when asked to do the bare minimum. Management hides behind excuses while vulnerable people suffer. The place smells bad, feels cold and hostile, and runs like a warehouse instead of a care center. If you care about your loved ones at all, keep them far away from this nightmare.

What an amazing hidden gem this place was for me! I had never heard of it when my husband was referred here last week. My family has been so vulnerable during this past month and we couldn’t have dreamed up a better place to land temporarily while while excruciating life decisions on my husband’s behalf had to me made. I could write about many things but I am going to focus exclusively on the staff because they totally blew me away like I never expected. Every single person who works here showed nothing but total compassion for my husband, and our daughters and grandson. They all did more than their jobs for us. I could write out so many examples but the review would be too long! I am sending out a big huge THANK YOU to everyone at Holy Trinity!♥️

I was sent to Holy Trinity to get physically stronger after hospitalization. Upon arrival, my room was changed 3 times for unknown reasons. No one gave me an orientation about rules, regs and schedules. They couldn’t get my meds to me on proper schedule. I was never asked if I wanted to wash up. The food was horrible and I got sick on it. I could easily see they had not even mopped the floor although I was a new admission. The bathroom was the same way. Trash buckets were overflowing. I was new to this facility and walked around myself until the nursing director stopped me, saying I was unsafe but that she had no equipment. She asked to examine my genitalia for skin breakdown, but I blatantly refused. They can make the entryway look beautiful with all their Christmas decorations, but don’t be fooled. This is a filthy pooorly managed facility that ought to be inspected by DPH The only departments that showed care for the patients was: PT, OT and Social Seevices. Do not be fooled by the social workers and fancy decorations. This place is a Nightmare, and even that description is being too kind.! Run, don’t walk. They don’t even know how to take care of the patients.
