I didn’t want to put up a star. Doesn’t deserve even one!! Smelled very bad. Not friendly. Horrible staff. My Dad was abused here by a big man who was getting him off toilet after leaving my dementia Dad in there for an hour. My dad had bruises all over his arms. We got police involved and they help us to bring him to hospital. I also found out from a wonderful front desk girl that the nurse attacked her bc we were talking. She had to quit over the assault. DO NOT PUT A LOVED ONE INTO THIS HELL HOLE!

My grandmother was placed here for rehab after a major surgery. She used the call button for hours and nobody showed up for her pain medication. Her urine bag was never changed. She called me upset at 12:30 in the morning because she Never received her pain medicine for 12 hours and she felt like she was dying from the pain. I had to call six times to get a hold of a nurse and when I finally did, they hung up on me so, my grandmother called 911 and was transferred back to the hospital at 2:00am. This is a disgrace of a place. Don’t send your loved ones here! The staff here obviously don’t care!

I received a call tonight at 11:27 regarding a patient there. The people were nothing but rude when I called back. The "Head Nurse was nothing but rude" I am a health care proxy and the Nurse wouldn't even explain what meds they wanted to provide. I asked for info and I was told by her she was too busy.

ZERO is not an option or that’s what I’d give Vantage Rehab in Milford. **My Dad was transferred there late Thursday afternoon. Not a single person came into his room to introduce themselves or orient him to his surroundings. **He was there for PT to get his strength back and absolutely no one came all day on Friday to introduce themselves, to assess him or start any therapy. **The pain medication he has been on and been very successful with at the hospital he came from was not on site and the pharmacy they work with said it would be 2 weeks before they had it in. **He spilled coffee in his lap and it took me three times asking for help to get people in to change him and his bed linens. **He was never brought a pitcher of water or a glass despite the need to push fluids. **It took about an hour last night to get him some pain meds despite my sister and I asking and re-asking. DO NOT, under any circumstances, send a loved one there. They are understaffed and frankly didn’t seem to give a damn about my Dad. The good news is that he had to be readmitted to the hospital in the middle of the night and when he’s released from the hospital he’s going to a much better rehab place that will actually care and pay attention to him. Frankly, our prayers were answered by him being admitted as we weren’t sure how to get him out of Vantage and to a better place. I literally have nothing good to say about this rehab place.

We met with them to get a bed for my mother, who has dementia. We were assured that a bed would be held while we dealt with Mass Health. After she was hospitalized right before Christmas, we were informed by the new admissions person from Vantage that my mom (who is largely sedentary, uneasy on her feet, and quite confused) was determined to be a "flight risk" and was no longer welcome. There was no discussion and the person had never even met her.
