Wellness & Care at Oakmont of Orange
Residents and families have peace of mind knowing Oakmont offers a wellness center and full-time nurse to assist with all of your daily living needs. Services are tailored to each resident’s needs. Our professional and caring team provide assistance 24-hours a day. Care services are additional and based on a fee for service basis. A complimentary on-site assessment can be scheduled with our caring team to determine an estimate of care fees.
Care Services
Our care services include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene, diabetic care, special diets, medication management, oxygen management, management of incontinence, transferring and assistance with ambulation, escorts to meals, escorts to activities, escorts to appointments, hospice, and even an on-site nurse for monitoring health needs and assessments.
