What I love most about Ivy Park at Bradford is that it’s the little things that make it feel like home and family. Rose, the Executive Director, sits right up front and somehow always notices when we walk in—greeting me by name and truly knowing what’s happening in the community. Shannon and Kaylee are always out and about chatting with residents, creating such a warm and connected environment. The special events they host bring families together and make the community feel vibrant and welcoming. They also went above and beyond helping my mom get ready for our son’s wedding. They made sure she looked beautiful and felt special for such an important family moment, something we will never forget. The nursing staff under Neha are incredibly caring as well, always checking in on residents and helping those who aren’t feeling their best get back out to participate in community activities and events. Their kindness and attentiveness make such a difference. Dan and Mark never hesitate to help, whether it’s hanging a new photo or fixing my mom’s bed whenever needed. Everyone knows the residents by name and treats them with kindness, patience, and genuine affection. On top of everything else, Bradford is extremely well maintained. Last year the entire exterior was updated, and this year they are installing new carpeting throughout the community. It’s clear they continually reinvest back into the property and truly care about creating a beautiful environment for the residents and families. That level of personal attention and heart is rare, and my family is incredibly grateful for Ivy Park at Bradford.

I couldn't be more pleased with my and my mother's experience at Ivy Park - TRULY. I couldn't recommend it any more highly. The staff, amenities, building, etc are all fabulous and the food's pretty legit too! The level of relief that knowing my mother is being EXPERTLY cared for is hard to put into words - I couldn't be more appreciative of the work they do at Ivy Park.

My mom spent the past 6 years in assisted living at Ivy Park Bradford in Placentia. It’s a warm, friendly and safe environment. There are activities all day long and delicious food served in a beautiful dining room. Every staff member, no matter the position, is friendly and happy to help in any way. It’s been a wonderful home for my mom and for our family as well.

Our family journey with Ivy Park at Bradford began in August 2023 when I took mom and dad for a visit. The entire staff was very welcoming; the tour was thorough and from the beginning Ivy Park was very transparent with their pricing structure and without “hidden fees”. Over the subsequent months, whenever a room became available, I was promptly notified. Our family’s criteria for transitioning my parents into the community at Ivy Park became a reality one week ago. The staff was unfailingly over generous with their time and patience. Their professionalism and expertise were invaluable. Multiple questions were answered and addressed promptly, even to point of staff reaching out to the Executive Director who was on vacation to discuss terms of “reserving” two rooms. As it happens in life, the plans to transition my parents did not come into fruition at this time. I wish to acknowledge Ivy Park at Bradford staff for their quality of interactions with potential family members and residents. The residents were consistently well kempt and happy and participating in activities. The buildings were very clean and the grounds serene and beautiful. My experience with Ivy Park Bradford has been nothing but a positive experience.

My mother has been at Ivy Park since November 2021 after she suffered a major stroke. We all had lots of fears and apprehensions about moving my incredibly independent mother into as assisted living facility. We needn't have worried. The staff at Ivy Park has been uniformly excellent, loving and professional. The medical team is 100% on top of everything. The place is clean and beautiful. The food is better than that found in many restaurants. We couldn't be more pleased. I cannot recommend Ivy Park at Bradford highly enough. It's absolutely wonderful.
