Noble Living, LLC provides memory care and assisted living in San Diego, California, serving as an alternative to nursing home placement for seniors who need memory care and assistance with daily living. The organization operates three San Diego elder care locations, each within a mile of emergency response teams, fire departments, and paramedics.

Care includes housing and assistance with meal preparation, specialty diets such as diabetic, puree, and vegetarian, laundry, linen, and housekeeping services, local transportation, and personal and incontinence care. Noble Living specializes in memory care for seniors living with Alzheimer's and dementia, aiming to offer a home environment that supports residents in enjoying life and thriving daily.

Rather than following the institutional model common in the RCFE industry, Noble Living uses a Person Centered Care (PCC) approach, emphasizing that where residents live is their home. The model focuses on maximizing privacy, autonomy, and choice, meaningful access to community, opportunities for a dignified life, and social engagement alongside quality care.

Residents can choose private or semi-private rooms, and each home includes a central common area with a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor living space and pool, along with smaller spaces for reading or reflection.

The three locations are set in different San Diego neighborhoods: one nestled in a quiet cove in the SDSU area convenient to hospitals, professional services, shopping, and entertainment; one in Fletcher Hills at the end of a cul-de-sac with views of El Cajon City and access from the 125 and I-8; and one in quiet Del Cerro, easily accessed by I-8, I-15, and the 805, just minutes from Mission Valley and East County.
