When I first moved her,15 years ago, I loved the community. They washed the outside of our windows every year. I’m on the third floor. They had a great group of maintenance people that would show up the same day I called. For at least the last 4 years, nothing has been done to keep the outside of our building clean. The stucco is black! No one has clean red our windows, they are filthy. Such a same people are moving out because of the cost of rent here. Obviously the mighty dollar is more important than giving the people that live a happy healthy life!

I love the community. I’m greeted by everyday walkers, and my neighbors are friendly and supportive. I live in one of the casitas, which have the look and feel of a home, with a front porch and back patio. I enjoy gardening, and assist with the yard work to help preserve a beautiful landscaping. I make it a point to submit requests to stay on top of repairs. Maintenance has been very good about responding to my requests quickly. It’s a Nice area for the Senior living experience.

Many apartments are luxurious and finished well. It is confusing when different people receive totally different renewal offers. Offers that are different for the same exact copy of apartment. Some people receive 12month offers, some 10 month offers, and some three different choices. This causes uncertainty for the future. Amenities are rather nice...such as swimming pools, social centers, gyms etcs No excuse for not getting any exercise.
