This place is totally disgusting. Nasty. The plumbing in my aunts room doesn't work. Water standing in sink. Nasty... bathtub is not working. Bathroom is Nasty. The whole place STINKS... I would not let my worst enemy live in that place..... Someone needs to address the problems of that place. Just because you are poor doesn't mean you have to live in filth like that....

The staff have been excellent for the most part. Some staff have sent clothes to be washed, even though they've been instructed not to. I haven't seen those clothes since. Was told the food is delicious, but that's by people who don't have to eat it. You can pick and choose your meals, but will receive anything but what you ordered. Proteins are often overcooked, potatoes and rolls are undercooked on a consistent basis.

They failed to tell my mom that her mother had passed away. Extremely rude to my mom. They had my mom’s contact information and never informed her of her mother’s passing for a month and a half. Just all around hateful people. Do not recommend. Someone needs to be fired for failing to do their job.

The care our loved one received was above par. The lady they put her in room with was also outstanding. Our mother couldn’t access call button so when she needed help Mrs Willis would call nurse for her. Our mother was in hospice. They kept her comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend facility to others.

I don't have any friends or family that live here. And, i've never visited this nursing home. But, i just visited your website. And, i already know that you all do a wonderful job at this nursing home. I would recommend this place to my family and friends already. Keep up the great work. Good job to the staff at this place.
