Home health care is great. The people are very professional and helpful. Bonnie is great see went through the house and explained what the hazards are and how to avoid falling. She made sure to show me how to get in and out of the shower safely. And Jennifer came by take blood samples she did it very nicely no pain and explained what the samples were for. Very professional and nice to talk to. And now the best for last Kelley my nurse therapist outstanding individual told me about my medications and what they were for in terms I understood. Very professional in every way and if I went outside she put the safety belt on me. She would always go above and beyond for me. And I am sure for all her patients. I know I didn’t name everyone but they were always nice and I thank you all so very much and may God bless you all. Thank you all so very much . John1681

My parents live at The Pointe of Lifesprings in Knoxville, Tennessee. Both of them receive Physical therapy from very talented and compassionate professionals! Ryan McNulty and Erin Liedle are amazing with my parents and all the other residents at The Pointe. They both strive to make sure my parents are receiving the best therapy and exercises they can for their health and mobility.

If I could give 100 stars I would. The Pointe is a genuinely special place. They helped my sister and I through the most difficult time in our lives, putting our sister in memory care. The staff are the sweetest most compassionate/caring people. They genuinely got to know my sister. They wanted to know her likes, her nicknames, her past just to know her as a person. Always laughing, smiling, helpful in anyway they could be. I live in Michigan so it was hard for me but they always encouraged me to call. When I would visit they always remembered me and made me feel at peace where my sister was. I can’t thank them enough for what they gave to my sister. There will always be a special place in my heart.

Erin and Ryan provide exceptional on-site home health physical therapy for our father at The Pointe, his assisted living facility. As a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant working directly within the community, their professionalism, compassion, and steady presence make a meaningful difference in his progress and overall quality of life. Ryan sends regular text updates with pictures and videos from each therapy session, which are incredibly reassuring. These updates help our family piece everything together clearly, so nothing ever feels like a mystery the next day when we ask our father about his physical therapy session. Erin and Ryan don’t just clock out and go home. They continue to support our family when our father has been hospitalized or is receiving care at a physical therapy rehabilitation center, helping maintain continuity, communication, and peace of mind during transitions. Beyond therapy, Erin and Ryan actively participate in Family Nights at The Pointe, creating a genuine sense of community. Erin brings rescue animals to these events, bringing joy, comfort, and meaningful connection to residents and families alike. Ryan adds levity and fun — whether he’s dressed as Elvis or channeling a Hangover character — making these moments memorable and uplifting. The partnership and collaboration between The Pointe’s leadership, nurses, caregivers, dining room staff, and Erin and Ryan truly tie the whole experience together in a supportive, loving, and respectful environment. We highly recommend Erin and Ryan to any family looking for on-site home health physical therapy that is professional, compassionate, and delivered with heart.
