MYSTIC RIVER HOMES "COTTAGES" MANAGMENT IS A JOKE I AM A TENANT AND HAVE GONE FROM HAVING LITTLE TO NO ASTHMA TO VERY BAD ASTHMA AND UPPER RESPIRATORY ISSUES AFTER LIVING ONLY A LITTLE OVER 9 MONTHS HERE!! THERE'S A TENANT THAT KEEPS SMOKING CIGARETTES AND USING SOME TYPE OF CHEMICALS AND IT'S COMING INTO MY APARTMENT AND MAKING MY HEALTH RAPIDLY DECLINE!!!!!!!! I'VE REPORTED MULTIPLE TIMES TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND I GET NOWHERE!!!🥺🙏 I'M HOPING THAT MY NEW APARTMENT THAT I AM WAITING FOR HURRYS UP SO I CAN GET BACK TO A HEALTHIER LIFE AND BE ABLE TO BREATHE!! ALSO THERE IS MOLD UNDERNEATH THE BATHROOM TO FLOORS OTHER TENANTS TOLD ME THIS AS WELL!!

I am a tenant here and the property manager doesn't do her job I have been dealing with a tenant who has been harassing, bullying, and making me feel like a prisoner in my own apartment!! I tried reaching out to my neighbor in the first two weeks of moving in and tried resolving the issues and it was just useless because the guy has severe issues with anger. Every time I come home and start washing dishes, cooking, cleaning, vacuuming, flushing my toilet, talk, talking on the phone, watching tv, he pounds on my walls to quite me like I am supposed to not move and be a stagnant prisoner in my own apartment that I pay rent for every month and don't owe anything!!! I never had soo many issues with any tenants out of all the places I have lived. This is the worst experience I've ever had and NOT A DAMN THING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT!!!! I want to say that I am being discrimnated against because I have multiple emails sent to property management and have gotten no where!
