For an older building, the new improvements to the roof, parking lot & exterior doors have really made an a difference. I am looking forward to the other aesthetic improvements that will be done during the remodel.

We have had the best experience so far with this facility. Heather has been outstanding when it comes to helping us get my grandmother in there. She has gone above and beyond what the standards are to ensure my grandmother gets the best care. I 100% recommend this facility!

I have placed comments before but it was only for the nursing home part. However since my last entry certain things have come to light! They have started using what they call Agency personnel (from local employment agencies I assume) These people 90% other ethnic origins, not that I prejudice mind you it just seems that way. They ignore you when you ask for something and shrug you off like you should be thankful there doing anything at all!!!!! And now for the rehabilitation process for equipment they only have one bicycle machine and no pull up apparatus for the beds(where physically challenged residents)can pull themselves up in their beds. They have only the bike and no other equipment for strengthening their legs either. If you have a loved one for God sakes do not bring them here if you expect them to recover. I'M SORRY I had no idea it was so bad here till I lived here awhile. This place is owned and operated by a company in New York city, with there Pharmacy in Ohio 6 hrs from her where if the patients Ned refills on life saving prescriptions they have to wait, sometimes for days. BEFORE HERE THINK ABOUT HOW WELL YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER??
