My great aunt stayed here for a short time and my last interaction sums up how I feel about this facility. Her assigned nurses were extremely kind, however the rest of the staff was disgusting I hope that there are some good people here, but during my brief visit to my 75 year old aunt who is recovering from a serious health situation, there was very minimal compassion. As we were leaving, she wished to walk us out to the door wanting to show off her progress. As we were walking by one of the nurses rudely asked “are you gonna make sure she makes it back?”, which I didn’t hear, but my brother did. As we were getting ready to leave, I walked up to the same nurse’s desk (not knowing what was said before) and kindly asked if anyone would make sure she makes it back to her room safely because she is a fall risk, but I understood her wandering to demonstrate her autonomy and recovery by walking us out. The woman practically rolled her eyes while nobody else wanted to get up to help. I kindly let them know that it’s no rush at all we can chat for a little, to which she replied (annoyed) “I’m coming!” One of my family members took her back. I don’t think these interactions would even be acceptable in a store, let alone a place where compassion and care should be at the forefront. They should be ashamed of themselves, and I’m glad my aunt is out. A few bad apples can ruin an experience.

Montcare Bethesda Rehab Center provided a caring and supportive environment during a very important time for my family. The staff was professional, attentive, and compassionate, and they made sure we were treated with dignity and respect. Communication with us was clear, and concerns were addressed promptly. The facility was clean, and the care team worked hard to ensure comfort and proper treatment. I truly appreciate the dedication shown by the nurses, aides, and support staff, and I would recommend Montcare Bethesda to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Montcare Bethesda! The grounds and facilities are up-kept to an excellent level. Renovations have truly paid off and create the warmest welcome for every person that enters the building! Patient or caregiver; all are made to feel like family! I must make notice of the most important part: the care team! They provide compassionate, engaging, and individualized care to the residents. I found them to consistently be loving, attentive, and passionate in their delivery! If my family needed Montcare in the future we would return with no hesitation! Cheers to the fantastic work!

I had a really positive experience with Montcare Bethesda! One of the first things I noticed was the new renovations! The center looks modern, clean and well taken of. The rooms are updated and comfortable, and unlike many facilities, the entire center actually smells fresh and pleasant, which makes a huge difference. Everyone I interacted with was nice, very friendly and professional. Overall, Montcare Bethesda feels like a place where residents are cared for in a clean, comfortable environment by people who genuinely care. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run and compassionate care center.

Highly Recommended! Exceptional Care and Beautiful Facility at MontCare Bethesda! I had a truly wonderful experience with MontCare Bethesda Nursing and Rehab. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by an incredibly welcoming team. Every team member is always smiling and makes a point of saying hello as you walk by—it creates such a positive and warm atmosphere for everyone. The recent remodel is beautiful! The facility feels warm, bright, and truly welcoming for both the patients and the staff. It's a comfortable and pleasant environment for recovery. Beyond the aesthetics, the care is great, and they offer wonderful activities to keep patients engaged. I highly recommend MontCare Bethesda for anyone needing excellent nursing care or rehabilitation services!
