I recently toured Modern Senior Living for a family member and to say I was absolutely blown away by this place is an understatement. Touring and exploring senior living homes can be very hard to truly find a community that cares so much about what they do and not only setting high expectations, but keeping them as well. Modern Senior Living did just that for us. From a safe, clean, and welcoming home to the most friendly care team on property, I truly am grateful that they are here!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Modern Senior Living. The staff is friendly, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile for the residents. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that everyone genuinely cares about creating a warm and comfortable environment. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel more like home than an assisted living community. It’s reassuring to know that residents are treated with kindness, respect, and patience every day. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be well cared for and truly valued, I would definitely recommend Modern Senior Living.

Newly remodeled home combined with a focused and well-trained staff make for an amazing assisted living facility. Big facilities have a provider-to-patient ratio that, in my experience, is just too big to consistently give loved ones the best care and the wait times to get in the best of those are long. We chose Modern Senior Living because the ownership team really pays attention to the details … every process is well thought through, meeting but often exceeding state protocols, and the staff genuinely cares about taking care of their residents. I found they went above and beyond to make my mom feel safe and comfortable: great meals, on-time meds, creative physical therapy … danced with mom to Elvis! We ended up taking mom’s name off other wait lists because she was already “home!”

This facility is a true blessing and a special place that stands out as an exceptional senior living home. The staff treats residents with respect, compassion, and love, making it feel like family. The environment is warm, clean, and very home-like. A wonderful place for my mother that gave our family peace of mind.

I’ve had the chance to see the care and effort that goes into everything at Modern Senior Living, and it really shows. The team is incredibly attentive, the environment is welcoming, and every detail feels thoughtfully planned. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and their families.
