Staff were very attentive and accommodating. No one said “that’s not my job.” Patients were up, and dressed neatly. They appeared well taken care of.

Everyone was extremely friendly and tremendously helpful. My friend's sister appears to be happy there as well. The facility was clean and more than expected. Thank you for your sincere care.

This place is very dated! Tv reception is terrible. When my dad’s clothes were collected to be laundered, he never received his clothing back. Did get someone else’s. He was always sitting in a chair in the corner of the room. Bedside table was never cleaned off. I did it when I came in. Never bathed! Quick to be put in adult diapers! Food was not great! Meatloaf was hard! He needed soft foods. He became very upset with the facility and had and argument with them about his care. There was nothing wrong with his mind just his health. He was discharged. Said he did NOT need any more skilled PT but fell the first night he came home. He has passed away. I can tell you wholeheartedly that I do not recommend this place. Update your facility! The rooms are not cheerful, more like dreadful. Hire people that are compassionate. Hire more staff so one doesn’t have to wait 2 hours for something they need! 🤦‍♀️ patient care is important! Make them comfortable. Give them quality of life! Give them understanding!!!
