We have lived in Southern Meadow for almost 17 years. We are so lucky to have found this great place. There are many activities, something for everyone from cards to aerobics and everything in between. It has an owner that cares about the people and keeping the community beautiful. Southern Meadow is like a family community, someone is always there to help. We are so glad to have moved here.

We have lived in Southern Meadow for 4 years now. We absolutely love it here. My husband and i are very active in the community. Especially like the idea that the community is small so it makes it easy to get to know all your neighbors . We are here to stay.

We have lived at Southern Meadow for 6 years and love it. It is just the right size with about 100 homes. As a result, we have gotten to know most of the residents quite well. The residents coordinate many regular activities like exercise, cards, billiards, horseshoes, pool volleyball. There are numerous special events during the year like Caribbean Night, Thanksgiving Dinner, pot luck dinners, and cake bake off. Management makes every effort to maintain the community (including clubhouse with fitness center, pool. Etc) in optimum condition. We are a very friendly and social community.
