From my very first time entering the doors and being greeted by Nicole, it has been an extraordinary experience, and I’m delighted my mom is here. She is extremely professional in her demeanor and appearance. She definitely have the perfect temperament for the required tasks, and has never been seen without wearing a beautiful smile.

Brookdale was absolutely superb in helping me move my family member in for the first time recently. The staff and the administration are extremely courteous, respectful, caring, competent, and helpful. I am looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship between Brookdale and my family.

My father lived at Brookdale Dover and it was welcoming and just like home. The staff made such a difference for my dad, and took good care of him, and were kind and supportive to me. Not only am I grateful for what they gave my dad, which was a safe and caring place to live…but what they gave me. I knew he was taken care of, which allowed me to be his daughter and not his caregiver. It also allowed me to be present for my husband and children. All of which was priceless.

I can’t recommend Brookdale highly enough. Putting my dad in an assisted living home was the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make. The staff at Brookdale were so caring and helpful. They went above and beyond to make his stay as good as it could be and to be there for us in his last days. We can’t thank them enough.

Brookdale Dover is the most caring, kind, senior assisted-living community that we could find in this area. Everyone is so helpful and my mother-in-law loves it. She is so happy and well cared for their staff is magnificent.
