Polaris took very good care of my wife. My wife came to Polaris with a trach and spent time in the Spiritus. Once the trach was removed, the Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists got there hands on my wife and never let go. Special thanks to Virginia, Cheryl, Patricia, Rhonda, Brittany, Sabrina, Kelly and all the nursing staff.

Jessica at Polaris Milford was incredibly helpful throughout the transition process for my parents. Her convenience and patience were greatly appreciated, and I'm impressed by the kindness of the entire staff. Great place and facility if you do business please ask for her.
