Today was my first time visiting Mercy House as a hospice volunteer with Heartland Hospice, and I was truly moved by the level of care and compassion I witnessed. The staff is not only professional and skilled, but also sincerely dedicated to preserving the dignity and comfort of every patient. I was welcomed with kindness and immediately saw the strong teamwork between Mercy House and Heartland Hospice. The collaboration between both teams ensures families receive comprehensive and seamless support—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The environment is peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully cared for, offering families a sense of comfort during a very difficult time. Even on my first visit, it was clear that this is a place filled with genuine heart and purpose. I look forward to continuing to serve alongside such a compassionate team. Thank you, Mercy House, for the work you do.

A truly caring facility and staff. My mother was under their care until her recent passing. The best group of professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Baby Mercy laid on my mother’s lap for an entire day. A great addition to the staff.
