If you're looking for compassionate care and skilled staff for your loved one, Home Instead is the best agency by far. I was so impressed by how everything was handled. No waiting for a response when inquiring and very well trained staff. I highly recommend!!

Home instead was there when we needed it most! I count home instead as nothing short of a miracle when my mom was discharged from over a month hospitalization. Gail at the Chambersburg office was amazing in anticipating and meeting our needs. She responded to text and email with incredible prompt compassionate communication. She understood as we needed to make adjustments in the scheduling too. The home care professionals who helped mom were just as much a blessing. Two Diana’s and Wanda stand out the most. I am grateful beyond words to find Home Instead when we needed it! Thank you all!

We had an incredible experience with Home Instead Chambersburg PA. I want to especially commend Angie Lance. She is the most loving, caring, considerate, and gentle person I've met. Her care of our loved one was over and beyond. Thank you, we are forever grateful.

I wanted to post a 5 Star review specifically for Monica Hogue. Monica has recently been assisting my mom 3 days per week. Monica has a positive and upbeat attitude! She is eager to assist and proactive in seeking out additional needs and responsibilities. Monica is very thorough with her cleaning and seeks opportunities to engage and learn my mom's preferences. Overall, Monica is fantastic and we are so thankful that she is here to help!

Amazing caregivers - compassionate and hard working. We needed last minute help after unexpected hospitalization and the team at Home Instead bent over backwards to meet our needs, flexed with our crazy schedules and cared for mom with grace and kindness. From the person who met us on day one and the people who coordinated the schedules through each caregiver, the service was beyond impressive. So grateful and would recommend this agency to everyone.
