The staff here treat are kind. The nurses here all have large hearts and are very thoughtful and will go through all of their means necessary to make your stay here as delightful as they can. All of my complaints have been addressed; the staff are very attentive here. All of the staff are a jot to work with, they even assisted with getting me clothing, I came here with nothing, and I do not have a support system/family and for that I am thankful for their kindness and recommends this facility to everyone that needs a family to come here and stay due how the staff has went beyond their job duties to assist my needs.

Truthfully without the staff like Amanda, Nate, Brittany and Micky, my family's experience wouldn't be where it is today. I know it's not an easy job and I know it can be very easy to point out any flaw and shift blame. Thank you for the work that is being done, in a world with limited funded resources.

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR ONE MONTH, IT HAS BEEN GOOD. The food can improve however, it's not so bad. The staff great! Everyone is so nice. I feel like I am famous here because everyone knows my name.

I’m so grateful for the care and support here. The staff are kind, attentive, and always make sure residents feel comfortable and respected. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and I feel confident knowing my loved one (or I) is in good hands. The activities and daily routines make it feel like a true community, not just a place to stay. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care

If you truly care about your loved ones, I urge you not to send them to this facility. The only time they seem to clean properly is on Sundays, likely due to families visiting before the workweek starts. Additionally, they neglect essential care like catheter maintenance, which can lead to serious issues like UTIs for your family members. Unfortunately, my loved one had a scheduled shower day's, but the weekday staff was unprofessional and failed to provide that. I have witnessed instances of staff speaking to residents inappropriately, even using foul language. There might be one or two staff members who genuinely care, but overall, this place is poorly managed. Again, if you value your loved ones, please reconsider sending them here.
