I would like to acknowledge and commend three individuals who have provided top notch care to my family member who is in long term care at Meadowbrook Manor. Cynthia has communicated with me frequently regarding current care issues. Colleen and Elzina keep me updated regarding the care plan. I have confidence in the care my family member receives and from my observations I can say safety and comfort are prioritized for all the residents.

The staff can be hit or miss. The nurses are awesome but some of the aides could be better. The administrators, especially Charlie, are great. My dad soent 4 months here and Charlie handled any issue I had immediately. He went above amd beyond several times to make sure my dad got what he needed and helped me get him to a million doctor appointments. I wouldn’t have gotten through my dad being there for 4 months without his kindness and support.

My Mom was at Meadowbrook for 16 months, until she passed. I would give the facility a 3 star review, definitely needs a remodel. However; most of the staff gets 5 stars! Holly and Colleen kept everything running smoothly. Nurses Solomon, Rochelle and Parul did what they felt best every step. CNAs Barbara and Liz, treated my Mom like family! I don't know what we would have done without the staff!!<br>Look past the older building and towards the caring people that work there.

My husband was in for rehabilitation after a serious fall. Staff were warm and welcoming. RN Rose was fantastic and extremely supportive. The therapists were very hands on and attentive. Facility was clean and well kept. For having to be in a nursing facility, it was a positive experience.
