I love this company because they truly care and go beyond expectations. I've been working for them for 6 years and it has been a great experience. We had a rough winter and it was very thoughtful of them to call and check if the patient had and emergency plan and that they where gonna help the best way they can. That says a lot. I appreciate this company and the staff.

In 2008 when I started working at Maxim Healthcare I thought I was going to work for a short time till I found another job! It was my first job working Pediatrics! I started filling in with cases till I fell into my own cases. I'm still working at Maxim even after having "retired" 21/2 years ago. From the start I've always had a good relationship with our field support. Some have come and gone, but I can honestly say that everyone is great to work with. I don't often go into the office, but when I do it's always a pleasure to greet everyone and chat for a few minutes. I get smiles from all! I also enjoy the phone calls, all are caring and concerned. I look forward to continuing my work at Maxim. I believe in Maxim and it's field support to the point that when I run into someone who needs home Healthcare I'm happy to refer them to Maxim. Thank you all for having my back! I appreciate all of you and all that you do to make sure our clients get the best service!

I highly recommend working here! As a nurse, finding a company that truly cares is rare, but the management team is amazing and always has our backs. They are understanding that life happens and they work with you when it comes to scheduling. The families are all pretty great, and getting to be part of their lives has been so rewarding. The nurse managers are very approachable and are always willing to answer any questions in addition to providing support. The company provides lots of education for nurses and are always available if you need to have a refresher on a skill. I've been loving my time Maxim, and look forward to growing with the company.
