The Margaret Tietz Nursing and Rehab Center is a most welcoming center beginning with the front desk receptionist. It is bright and cheerful. The staff are courteous, professional, and very helpful. The center’s floors are spacious and bright. The modern-appearing physical therapy department is bright and full of activity with the residents. Its courtyard is beautiful and would probably be even more beautiful as the Spring season flowers bloom over the next few weeks. Wonderful atmosphere for the residents!

My mom has been in your facility only 5 complete days. Until NOW Jan 21 it's a 10: Great & welcomng admission staff. Great nurses on the second floor: Pleasant, caring,; knowledgeable and always smiling staff. Magnificent aids/ assistants. My mom looks clean and smell clean and looks great! Each department make it's business to get in touch with me to make sure that they are doing the right thing by my mom. If things continue as they are...I will insist on giving the Center a 100...not just a 10. Thank you. For caring and going above of is required. Ps...thank you for cutting my mother's meal into tiny portions everyday so she could eat it. Gracias!!! Thank YOU! I must add something extremely IMPORTANT: The place is SUPER CLEAN!!!!! VERY, VERY CLEAN. It's February 1st. My mother has been in the Center for 3 weeks now.The staff, specially in the second floor, it's WONDERFUL! each and every one of them. They are Professionals. They are Kind. Caring. Pleasant. And always ready to listen and help no matter how busy they are. It's a 10+ so far. I am so happy we chose MARGARET TIETZ REHABILITACIÓN.

To start off, when you first enter the most important part is the person at the front desk. The woman that I had was very pleasant, helpful and friendly. The walk to the elevator you can already see it's a clean place. While passing nurses most say hello and a smile. And the really most important part is my mom and aunt, both in the same room are very happy with their nurses and the attention they get, so that's a great thing. The only thing I can complain about is the heat!! Wow it's hot in there, my next visit im going in shorts and tee shirt, lol. Since that is my only complaint id say this place is a home run so far.

After 5 days I may say: very nice staff, clean facility, private rooms with half bathrooms, a little garden for residents... Waiting for my husband arrival from the hospital I witnessed residents gaily going on theirs wheelchairs for bingo game; they all look to like this place :) absolutely recommend except for totally tasteless food (1star off);
