Maplewood at Newtown is a welcoming place to call home. The staff are very responsive to the needs of the residents. Aides treat all residents with courtesy and respect. The sense of community is evident to residents and their families. Activities are geared to the abilities of each one. The facility is kept clean by the housekeeping staff and folks feel comfortable and safe. I am happy to recommend Maplewood at Newtown to anyone who is considering assisted living.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Maplewood at Newtown. ALL the staff were compassionate, caring and dedicated in caring for our mom. We particularly want to recognize the staff in the Club Level, a unique advanced dementia care level that not all facilities have. Kim, the director and her staff in Club Level, were so caring and respectful of our mom and cared for her with compassion and expertise through her final days. The whole team and Dave the Director of this Maplewood, provided support to our family as we navigated such a challenging time. We highly recommend Maplewood at Newtown, while no one wants to really be in a position to need this kind of service for your loved one, if you do this was a wonderful place to have.

Our cherished friend had a very good experience at Maplewood Senior Living, where he lived out his final 8 years of his life, and we’re so thankful for the care and kindness shown by the whole team. The nursing staff in particular was attentive, compassionate, and always quick to help, making sure our friend felt comfortable, safe, and respected. The support staff was just as wonderful and helped create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that felt genuinely caring and personal. He also was an active participant of many of the activities offered at Maplewood.<br>What stood out the most was how dedicated everyone was. Communication with us was thoughtful and reassuring, and it was obvious that the staff truly cared about the residents. We’d definitely recommend Maplewood Senior Living to anyone looking for a caring community with great people, services, activities and excellent support.

My mother has been here since 2022. The facility is always clean, the staff are very professional and caring, and there are always engaging activities for the residents to enjoy. They always include family members on the invitations and encourage participation to all the events.<br><br>I HIGHLY recommend Maplewood at Newtown.

From the outside looking in, this community is well established and offers an abundance of lifestyle amenities. The director is tenured and leads by example. The Nurses and Caregivers are attentive, and residents enjoy a variety of social activities and entertainment weekly. Looking forward to my next visit.
