Very cold atmosphere, unqualified people posing as professionals, meetings with NO useful information about your loved one, this place should be shut down, don't send anyone here if you love them.

I’ve been very impressed with everyone I’ve met here caring for my Grandmother. Yes, the receptionists could be a little more friendly but overall great environment. Clean, smells good and staff attentive to patients.

This place need to be shut down for they are understaffed and do not take care of the patients like they should do not inform clients if there is a problem Also they undernourished them and do not do bed check to see if they are clean or thirst or bed need changing I hate to some it is not run properly some of the staff do not care it needs a change at the head on down I know it a tough job but this is what you choose to do so let do it right 🤬

My family member was here for about a week. I give the PT rehab people a 5 and maybe a couple of nurses, but other nurses and staff were NOT welcoming whatsoever, or cared about the patient, what she needed, how she felt, making her comfortable, ect. I feel for the people having to stay at this gloomy, rundown place 😕

This place is a joke! Don’t send your loved ones here!!!! The staff are terrible! Good luck talking to someone who’s not rude, they love to hang up on you!
