We have had a tremendous experience over the last 4 years with Griswold Home Care for my Aunt and Uncle in Greensboro. They made it possible for them to stay in their home and took excellent care of both of them. When my uncle passed a year ago, the continued excellent care with my aunt. The caregivers were loving and efficient all at the same time. My aunt, though bedridden, was a vibrant personality and she came to consider them as friends. My aunt was completely in charge of her own decisions right up until the end and the care workers honored that while keeping me in the loop as needed. That's a delicate line to walk and the care workers at Griswold did it beautifully. I am thrilled to say my aunt passed with her dignity intact. That was a gift to her as well as to those who loved her. Thank you Griswold for making is possible for my aunt and uncle to stay in their home and keep their dignity while preserving the rest of the family's peace of mind.

For those of you out there with parents who are trying to agent in place I wholeheartedly recommend Griswold. I have used their services for my mother for close to a year now… I found out about them through the Department of Aging. They have been excellent in working with us trying to find a good fit for my mom who can be a tough customer from time to time. Most recently we had a caregiver who stood out from the rest regarding her integrity and ethical standards . It is a huge comfort to me knowing that the staff members at Griswold truly care about the people they are taking care of and also know where to draw the line. My mom was asking for Help with banking issues and the caregiver informed her that this was not in her scope of services. In addition she has been able to put up with my mom‘s anger and handled it appropriately… I just wanted to give positive feedback and thank you all for having good quality people working with our parents. My husband needs extra care while visiting the Highpoint Furniture show. Griswold sent such a wonderful young lady to help the first night. Then for the next two days we had Herman. He was so very good at his job. He had a great personality and made our stay a pleasure. We will use Griswold Home Care when we are in Highpoint to help with my husband's care.

Griswold Home Care provides consistent, compassionate care to its clients and support to the families. The employees are always kind and courteous. They operate with the highest integrity. Because of the way they vet their caregivers and from personal experience, I have great comfort with the individuals who care for my father in my absence. I would highly recommend Griswold Home Care/Greensboro for home care services.
