I stayed here in 2018 for about four months and now I chose to come back to continue to my physical rehabilitation and also for the social networking of it because not only will I not be sitting at home alone I Not being able to walk, I want to be around people and be in them like out around doing things like going to the fair on Saturday, which is really nice and the staff has always been top-tier so professional so nice so courteous 😎💗🫶🏾

Garbage place. Food sucks. Im sure they get paid well for every resident they have through insurance. As far as medication theyve got to be on top of it..one of the most important things!!!! How the heck do u lose someones medication? 21 days worth!!!! Knowing there is no exception to the rule. That pill needs to be given daily to save the patients life. Yet u claim they need a refill and you will get the meds from ur emergency kit? When a resident doesn't feel well they brush it off or want to give pain killers and tell them to go to sleep. Now lets not start on the communication skills here. Nurses cant understand basic English nor do they speak it well enough. How? Just how?????? I witnesses a resident leave the facility and a nurse running outside yelling for the patient cause they couldnt find him. And drug deals going on in the parking lot...Smh... Theres also mice..... the floors are all uneven. The tiles of the showers are falling off. Shower chairs all ripped. The cleanliness is by far the worst. If I could give no stars i would. I don't know how theyre getting by inspection... maybe they havent been reported to BBB or medi-cal.

Miami gardens is a pretty good nursing home for rehabilitative care the food is really good the nurses are pretty good they know what they're about

I've been here ( still am) for 14 months this has been My home. If not for the STAFF : CNAs, Monique, Jesse, Pam,Vanessa and My fav Christian, Activities Sam, Peggy🦋 and My buddy Gurber, and My LVNs Brenda, Prob, JASMINE 😊 and Numberous Others exception of the so.called Psychologist.. I don't care how many accolades a person has in front or nehin .

I been a resident here for over a month.🤍 My CNA'S are the greatest anything I need they provide great help.. ☺️ The female nurses are great. They keep it professional never has any issues. My wound care nurses are forever the BEST since day one 💯🤍 My physical therapy has helped a lot. I've improved alot since I got here. Manning garden provides the best care where it Matters.
