The nurses there are exceptionally great. CNA’s are not so good. There’s a gal named Ashley there a CNA she’s good and she is so kind to my sister. So is Erika. I can’t remember all the names. It’s a great place. It’s small way out in the country, but they treat their patients good and with dignity. It’s very small of 48 patient skilled nursing facility I give it a four because of some of the CNA’s do not do their work

My experience here was amazing I get to go back home thanks to therapy especially Cory!! All the nurse are amazing as well .I'm a miss everyone here

I really love this place and I have to give credit where credit is due.everyone at this facility goes above and beyond there job very professional and the way my mom is being treated as she is being rehabilitated back to her normal self speaks volumes!!! This is my loving review of the care provided at this facility! My father Albert Yrigollen has undergone multiple surgeries over the past months. The nurses here are caring, loving, and patient with the residents. I highly recommend this facility as first choice for the surrounding area and even from afar if you have reliable transportation! My father's experience here grown over the days as the staff made every minute feel welcome. Its safety is first class and the services shall be mirrored across this great state!

Fowler Care Center has an amazing administrator and staff. They care about community involvement. I am a college student and had to interview an agency, and the administrator was a great help. They truly care about their residents and provide them with activities daily for enrichment!
