My mother was here last year (2025). I asked them not to put her in the common dining area. When I was there, they kept her in her room. The minute that I wasn't there, they put her in the common room. Then, she got covid. They kicked her out three days later and I really mean that they kicked her out. She was sitting in a wheelchair in the snow outside when I picked her up. I don't know how long she was out there, but she was shivering.<br><br>Her nice clothes frequently came up "missing". The office didn't care about anything unless you were talking about money. Unfortunately, you have to choose nursing/rehab homes by which are the least worst, but this one hovers near the bottom.

Terrible care for the patients here.<br>My elderly mother in law has fallen multiple times at this facility, while being charged over 500 a day for to be taken "care' of. They do not give proper supervision of dementia patients and if you bring your elderly realative here, the care is guaranteed to be low quality and will most likely put your loved ones life in danger. Avoid this place at all costs, it is very expensive and they give horrible care for the amount of money they steal. This place is all about profits...500 a day is 192k a year. Insane they charge this then don't give proper supervision and let her wander the facility when she cannot even walk. This is not a place you want someone you love to be.

This is a great place I just got out of this place I went there for rehabilitation of my new knees I was in sandpiper unit and this place is great everyone was wonderful they took great care of me from all the nurses to the aides to therapy and even Maintence dept I give this place a 100 stars if I could I was home sick when I got there and Mike my nurse on first shift made sure I felt rite at home he went to bat for me when he thought it would benefit me and it did benefit me and there is a aide that went out of her way to make me feel good about everything and she would check in on me when she was on duty even though I didn’t need nothing she made sure I was doing good and her name is Jacki but everyone is wonderful there and they did everything I needed to be able to go back home and now I’m home because of them from the front office to therapy to all the staff thank you so very much to everyone

Rooms floors not clean.<br>The bathroom had wet towels on the counter from this a.m.<br>Dusty doors.<br>Room air stale, windows were open for a breeze.<br>Staff checking my uncle for covid, well clean the rooms and use extra care to keep them safe, start with disinfection.<br>My uncles room is E10.<br>I would not recommend this place till you bring it up to safe standards.<br>Please take this seriously.<br>Equipment is very poor and does not work good at all.<br>People are there to get well, not exposed to dirty rooms and covid threats.
