If you love your loved ones DO NOT send them to this facility. They are extremely understaffed, have wait times for up to 2 hours for an aid to help her go to the bathroom. Every meal was cold and 1-2 hours late. My mother was sent there for rehabilitation when she broke her hip 2024. She was neglected by the aides when she needed help, given a medication that she never should have been given. The staff is unprofessional and didn’t care much for the concerns of the residents. I found the facility to be below standards when it came to cleanliness. No one seemed to care !!!!!! From what I am being told there have been several complaints to the state regarding this facility. Their neglect and medication errors contributed to my mother’s passing. Please if you love your loved ones do not send them to Brevellier Village. If there was a 0 rating that’s what I would give them

Mom was here almost 20 years ago, that’s why I am here now. As my older sister said “this is the best place for mom”. My sister had worked here and knew how compassionate and caring this place was and still is.
