The connection between residents and staff here at the Regency creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere, that feels much more like a family home than traditional care.There's a sense of belonging, friendship and mutual respect, throughout the building. The team celebrate residents' milestones, sharing their everyday moments, and provide support with compassion and dignity.

Parkside at Regency is a wonderful community! It is filled with amazing directors and staff that put forth so much effort every single day. Their love and care for their residents is truly heart warming!

You can't find a better residence if you are 55 or older! It is clean, airy, spacious, in other words it is beautiful! That's not all the entire staff is friendly and efficient. A studio apartment is spacious with a full kitchen! The dining room serves delicious food! They have one and two bedrooms also! It has 2 levels of care, independent living and personal care for those who need assistance. The rent is very reasonable. I moved here in 2017 from a Senior Living home because their rent was too expensive for my income. I recommend LECOM Parkside Regency at South Shore to anyone who wants a pleasant place to retire! Just come and visit to see if I am right!

I am a resident of the regency at south shore. In my opinion the lecom motto “care, compassion, commitment and community are fulfilled with flying colors. Since lecom took over the regency the level of care has gone above and beyond. The residents are well cared for. We are all happy and content here at the regency. Good job lecom !<br>A comment for Dr lim ; A new elevator is in order the residents are in desperate need. It’s very old and needs to be replaced . It’s the original elevator over 40 years and breaks down frequently. Please break down. And replace!

I’ve called the Regency my forever home for the last 2 1/2 years and I could not be more happy with my living arrangements. They make me feel special they make me feel safe they make me feel like I belong to a community of like-minded individuals such as myself.
