Want to schedule an appointment lady told me just come in and hung up on me when I called back. I don't wanna come in an end up waiting an hour to be seen. If they don't do appointments that's one thing but she was so short with me and won't answer my questions I'm so confused at the lack of customer service and help especially considering you're a mental health place

I really appreciate the concept of stairways behavioral health if it worked it would be a beautiful place some of the people really care but whenever you can get the lady at the receptionist desk to answer the phone to take your appointment because she's too busy doing other things than answering the phones to make appointments and then when you miss an appointment they make you sit for for at least $6 to 8 hours in their outpatient clinic that way you learn to respect their time. Overall if you could access the professionals that were being paid for by your insurance that would be a beautiful thing but it's just another one of Erie county's great mysteries on how funds can get misplaced and misused and appropriated for any means other than the taxpayers benefits

If I could give zero stars i would. 3 days of calling every single phone number listed. Got a live person twice. First person put me on hold until it rang and went dead. Second person gave me an on call person's number who has never called back. Had to call local PD after no response. Lack of person on charge says alot. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
