I wanted to share my experience with choosing a assistant living facility for my husband and I. We checked out quite a few facilities, but we ended up choosing Magnolia Springs and we feel like it was the best decision we could have ever made. We came to take a tour and when we were touring, we met the sweetest person, her name was Hannah, She was our first contact and she was such a delight. She made us feel so comfortable with everything. We asked her lots of question and she was very knowledgeable. She also made us feel comfortable by introducing us to a lot of the staff one being Sara who was is director of activities at this facility, what a sweetie! When we left there I felt like I had two new daughters that made me feel very special. I can’t say enough about the personnel at this facility. The management and caregivers are wonderful, they are so Compassionate. Everyone is always there to help and answer any of our questions and the other residence. They go out of their way to treat the residence with dignity and respect. I wanted to speak about the meals. The meals are great. The chef is very nice and helpful. If you need anything, he’s there to make it happen. The facility goes on a lot of outings to different places and they always have different things going on like having an Ice cream truck come to visit, trips to restaurants and so on. Always something to do. The furnishing of the buildings were absolutely lovely. It’s just a comforting place to live. The grounds are beautiful kept up well and another good thing I was allowed to have my pet with me! So if you’re looking for a facility to move your parent into or yourselves I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs. You could talk to anyone that lives here and they would tell you how great a place it is.

Our company (HomeWatch Caregivers of NKY) had the opportunity to provide a special afternoon of karaoke 🎤 with the residents in the Memory Care unit last week. I wanted to take a moment to share just how awesome this experience was for the residents as much as it was for us! Thank you to the incredible staff in the MC Unit- you are doing an amazing job of making a difference…every day. The staff had a large amount of residents in attendance and the kindness, compassion and care they provided was impressive. The residents are happy, engaged and thriving, not simply surviving. We look forward to working with you again soon! Keep up the great work.

I visit a client that resides here three days a week. He came from another facility, that was nowhere near as nice as Magnolia Springs, and nowhere near as friendly. The facility here is beautiful and The staff here are friendly and go out of their way to help you to make sure you're comfortable. I always feel welcome when I come through the door. The lady that greets me every morning.I believe her name is Michelle, always has a smile and a kind word for me. That never happened at his other facility.. The staff encourages him to attend daily events and activities.And he is getting familiar with the other residents and staff.

My husband and I went on a tour with Hannah to look at the facility for his mother. We were so impressed, we decided we'd like to sell our home and move there! We actually aren't, but the facility is so nice and comforting, it felt like home. We aren't sure if we are going to proceed with respite care or longer term care, depending on her health status, but we know it will be the perfect place for her!

I took a tour of Magnolia Springs Florence to see if it would be a good fit for my mom, who is currently living in Florida with my brother. I was impressed with this facility. The associates are very nice, genuinely appear to like working there and the residents seemed happy too! This is a place I could see myself calling home and fingers crossed my mom will too!
