I've had the pleasure of visiting Colonial Heights and spending time playing cards with the residents, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The residents are warm and welcoming, and it's clear they enjoy being part of such a caring community. The staff is absolutely amazing—friendly, compassionate, and always accommodating. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and valued, whether you're a resident or a visitor. It's evident they truly care about the people they serve. I always look forward to visiting and highly recommend Colonial Heights to anyone looking for a place where kindness and genuine care come first.

From the sales staff , the front desk, the dining staff and the aides… I was stunned to find such a welcoming, loving home for my parents. Residents are known by name… hugs and smiles are generously shared … and there’s always a helping hand around. It’s extremely clean, well run, food is first rate- I couldn’t ask for more . The same is true for the Heights building and the Gardens building.

Great people and fun activities almost daily. A fun place to live! In my four years living here I have found the administration to be friendly and willing to listen to any concerns I may have about anything! Pam H. and Jennie are always willing to help. The people at the front desk will also go out of their way to help residents! Pam L., Wellness Director, is very helpful in keeping residents fit, and Cindy, Activities Director, always comes up with great ideas to keep the residents involved with crafts and Happy Hours!
