Belmont Terrace is hands-down the best rehab center in Northern Kentucky! The entire team truly goes above and beyond, and you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. Staff are absolutely top-notch—professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the care and well-being of every resident. What really sets Belmont Terrace apart is the atmosphere. The staff treat residents like family, with so much kindness, patience, and love. It creates a warm, welcoming environment that makes recovery feel supported every step of the way. The management deserves special recognition as well—always present, attentive, and clearly invested in maintaining the highest standards throughout the facility. That level of leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs. And the rehab department is truly the best around. Their expertise, encouragement, and personalized approach make a huge difference in helping residents regain strength and independence. I can’t recommend Belmont Terrace highly enough. If you’re looking for exceptional care and a team that truly cares, this is the place to be.

I was at Belmont nursing & rehab, It was one of the best rehab centers I've ever seen. The nursing were beyond perfect, I would highly recommend this facility . It was very clean, always smelled fresh & clean. If I ever needed rehabilitation again I would return to Belmont 200 per cent.

I am writing this as a warning to other families: do not place your loved one in this facility. We trusted this nursing home to provide safe, compassionate care. Instead, what we have witnessed and experienced is both neglect and abuse. My loved one has repeatedly been left waiting far too long for basic needs like toileting, hygiene, and assistance with mobility. Call lights go unanswered, and essential care is delayed or simply not provided. Even more disturbing, there have been instances of abusive behavior from staff. My loved one has been handled roughly during care and spoken to in a disrespectful, demeaning manner. No one deserves to be treated this way—especially someone who is vulnerable and dependent on others for help. This is not an isolated incident. It is an ongoing pattern of neglect and mistreatment that has caused both physical discomfort and emotional distress. As a family, we are left feeling angry, heartbroken, and constantly worried about our loved one’s safety. We placed our trust in this facility, and they have failed to provide even the most basic standard of care. No family should have to question whether their loved one is being abused or neglected behind closed doors. Please, if you are considering this facility, think very carefully. Your loved one deserves dignity, respect, and proper care. What we have seen here is the complete opposite.

The improvements are unbelievable. My mother was a resident at Bridgepoint several years ago and when my older sister needed rehab I was hesitant to have her placed there. But I am so glad we did, the care she received was excellent. She was always clean and happy when I came to see her, and all the nurses were so nice. They really cared about her well-being, they knew how she liked her coffee, what time she wanted her shower, just little details that mattered to her. Any concern we voiced, management was responsive and really listened and found a solution. The new rooms on the rehab hall are beautiful. The therapy department was great and truly made a difference in her recovery and the in-house nurse doctor was on top of all her needs. If you know this facility from years ago you definitely should give them another look! All long-term care facilities have their issues, but I can tell that here they at least care of making a difference in their patient lives.

I know this facility personally since I’ve lived in Florence my whole life. Through the years the name has changed and finally under new ownership the facility is seeing the changes it desperately needed. I was visiting a friend from church and I couldn’t even believe the center I walked into. It smelled great, looked brand new, and the staff actually looked happy to be there. You need to see it for yourself the changes these people have made. My friend is having a good experience and she loves her therapy team and her nurses. definitely recommend.
