If I could shut this place down believe me I would. Everyone in this facility is in the wrong profession! The doors need to be closed and neglect charges need to be pressed. I feel incredibly bad for anyone who was like myself and needed a “safe” “caring” “ethical “ place for their loved one and trusted this dumping ground to do so! My mother was placed here December 23rd, on Hospice. She was wheelchair bound, but could communicate and for the post part with it. Fast forward to February 23rd exactly two months after entering this hell on earth she died. Following multiple “unwitnessed” falls, a fractured hip, a grade 4 bed sore. They had my mom actively dying in a room with a roommate, that took me threatening state to move her to a private room. On Feb 19th the unit manger advised me they legally need to feed my mom. Who again is actively dying and at this point can barely take her meds (liquid) Which it diabolical considering the dump wasn’t concerned about legally bathing her, changing her sore, rotating her in bed? NOTHING! That’s when we moved her to ST E hospice and she died 3 days later. Please what ever you do don’t send yourself, family neighbor enemy or dog here. The only thing they will do is speed up the process for you having to say goodbye to your loved one!! STAY FAR AWAY!

Not a great place. My dad was put here a couple times. They let him fall. Get sent to the ER on Father’s Day & didn’t even call me or my brothers. Then the staff. Couldn’t even answer my questions on what happened or which hospital he was sent too. Very sad ran place. We didn’t let him go back.

I have a loved one here. People if you can avoid this place do so. They lie and treat people horribly. In my case she was said to be doing so well, getting up unassisted, walking up stairs, using the restroom. When we got her home she was unable to even get up out of the car, couldn't use the restroom could barely walk. She had no strength training whatsoever. I did not have the medical expertise to care for her or the equipment. So as much as I hate it she had to return cause this is where her insurance wants her. She's recently been sick for days, being refused her medicine and won't take her to an ER. I have been calling for days they transfer me all over then just hang up. Can not get through to talk to anyone. Horrible place, they treat them horribly, have no care or compassion. I would absolutely give zero stars if possible! And don't get me started on a so called patient advocate, useless. They or she rather gaslights you, nothing she says she going to do gets done. Let me drive 6 hours then tried to say she never said they'd take her back. Well I had texts to prove otherwise. So a case worker from my state had to step up and do her job cause she wasn't capable to get my loved one help. It's a joke and if you can help it please do not send ur love ones here...

Please avoid sending your loved one here if possible. The place smells like old pee. The first night that we were there, the nurse was screaming at the other staff in front of residents and families. There were a few staff members who were nice, especially Abby. Everybody else sucked. The first night my dad got woken up every two hours because they changed his roommate because he kept overfilling his bag. The food was always cold, and the staff took over half an hour to respond to Call lights So my dad ended up having to go to the restroom by himself, which he wasn’t supposed to do. Thank God, we were able to get him out of there and get him to a much nicer place pretty quickly.

Absolutely love this place! My grandma has been somewhat of a frequent flyer to their rehab unit, she looked forward to returning each time! The staff is always kind and attentive to residents' needs. Would definitely recommend this place to those looking to place family members in a long term care facility.
