We recently had to place my mother in Magnolia Ridge to receive therapy. After suffering through a sever UTI from having Parkinson’s and onset dementia. This has been one of the hardest decisions but the staff is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t ask for better care. I gave a 5 star the only thing I would suggest is the place needs better bedside trays and chairs in the room for visitors.

My experience with this facility has been truly wonderful. My niece is in her early twenties, nonverbal, and requires total care. I make random drop-in visits at different times throughout the week, and I consistently find her happy, clean, well-fed, and in great spirits. Many people may say this level of care is simply what should be expected, but after visiting many facilities, I can say it is actually rare to find this level of dedication and compassion. The staff has done an incredible job caring for her, meeting her needs, and creating an environment where she feels safe and valued. I could not be happier with the care she receives, and I am truly grateful for the team that supports her every day.

I was at Magnolia Ridge in January for rehab after having pneumonia and needed help in getting my strength back . Had a great experience, the rehab team got me moving and I can’t thank them enough. All the nurses and everyone that took care of me were so kind and took great care of me. A good place to be.

My mom went to Magnolia Ridge for rehab after leaving the hospital. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very kind, professional, willing to help any way they can, and do not mind answering your questions. My mom is not a very sociable person, but the Activities staff was able to get her hooked on Bingo! Additionally, the social workers, office staff, nurses, therapists, and administrator were great about communicating with me by phone if there was a question, concern, or information that needed to be conveyed about my mom. My mom enjoyed her stay and will be back for respite care in the future.

My mom has been in the care of Magnolia Ridge for most of this year, following a marked decline in her cognitive abilities, and a dramatic life change. Everyone from admissions to the medical staff, from case workers to the business office, and everyone in between has been so wonderful, not only to my mom, but to our family. Anytime there has been an issue with my mom's care, or something that didn't go 100% as planned (which is the way life goes), someone is on the phone very quickly with my sister or me to update us on what's going on, and how they are making sure mom is ok. Anytime we have a question on the billing process, or helping my mom get the type of coverage and insurance she needs, the business office is so helpful and patient with me as we walk through that, frankly taking a lot of the load off of me by pointing me in the right direction. My experience with Magnolia Ridge has been fantastic, and I'm so thankful they are there, doing what they do.
