I don't even know where to begin with this review! This place and these people not only saved my mom but also saved me. My mom went into the hospital on October 27th with emergency surgery and she was on a ventilator for a few days and spent a couple of weeks in the hospital. We were then sent to Care partners in Asheville and we were there for a couple of weeks when she got very sick. I then asked for her to be transferred to the hospital and she spent five more days there. That's when I realized that I needed to call Madison rehab and ask if they had a bed for my mom so we could come home. When I called and talked to Roger he said of course we have a bed you come on when you're ready and a weight just lifted off my shoulders. As soon as we got there we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like we were home. The communication was there from the moment we walked in that door and I knew everything that went on with my mom and their doors were always open. I could call or text them anytime. I just want to say thank you to everyone there especially Roger,Alicia , PT and OT ( Vanessa, Kim and the others).Everyone from the girls that sit at the desk to the ladies who bring the food are so kind and caring and you can't tell me otherwise. My mom went there on December 6th and tomorrow January the 28th she will be returning home just as well as she was in October of 25. When you walk in that door you're treated like family and I couldn't have made it without these people. And to you CNAs and nurses that took such good care of my mama and sometimes spoiled her thank you and you're so appreciated. Bill you're a phenomenal person who my mom loves you and I thank you for everything that you did. Thanks to Shannon for always taking care of the things I couldn't. To Debbie and the other nurses that called me and told me everything that went on with my mom thank you that meant more to me than you'll ever know. I'm glad my mom's getting to go home but I'm sad because I'm going to miss these people. I know this is a long review but I feel like they deserve it. One more thing Haley the administrator has to be doing a wonderful job because her staff is always so happy and caring. Y'all are the bomb!!! I wish I could list everyone, but just know if you work there I appreciate you!!!!!

I come and visit my grandpa occasionally and the care is usually decent but witnessed a dark headed Med nurse screaming and yelling in this CNAs ear and pushing her around in the halls. The nurse was absolutely belligerent to the poor girl, the cna got sent home and was crying on the way out. I have never witnessed that in a facility before. Very unprofessional manner and it makes me wonder how that nurse could possibly treat my grandpa.

My youngest sister lives at Madison. I wanted to say how much our family appreciates Madison and the wonderful people who work there. Another sister and I met the Magnet driver, Alan, and the Madison representative, Allysa, at a doctor’s appointment for our sister to have a procedure done. We were nervous but Alan and Allysa were so supportive and kind it made the whole experience less stressful. This is just one of many examples my family could give . We are so grateful for and to Madison for the love and care our sister receives there.

Excellent care for Mom! Staff is so wonderful, from admissions, social workers, kitchen, nurses, physical therapy, everyone makes you feel welcome. Clean, good food, church services, activities every day. Just a wonderful place. They truly care about the patients! Thanks to all of them for getting Mom back home!
