My grandpa received terrible care there. Most of them did not speak fluent english. My grandpa was not washed that well. And many more things.

Called their main line and got the worst attitude from the person answering. Treated me like I should have already known the answer to my question and I was a huge inconvenience to her. This doesn't even deserve 1 star.
