I started Using Synergy Home Care after my father had a significant injury and subsequent hospitalization and transitional care stay. As a healthcare professional, I had knowledge of how home care agencies should function and had very high expectations. Synergy has been extremely helpful on our journey and has made working with VA benefits for my dad very easy. If you are in need of a home care agency, I would highly recommend using Synergy.

They would offer you clients to help with their cares, then they would take them away. No communication. No information on the clock in and clock out process.

Mom wanted to stay in her home as long as possible. Synergy Home Care made this possible. With flexible hours and services. As mom's health declined, we were able to add services and more days. Mom looked forward to the days Synergy was there. Great communication, and very easy to work with as life presented us with changes.
