Los Jardines Apartments

Los Jardines Apartments is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older in Wilmington, Delaware. The community offers 24 one-bedroom apartments designed to serve seniors seeking accessible, independent living arrangements.

The community features energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout. A medical screening room is available on-site for visiting doctors and health care workers, supporting residents' access to medical services without leaving the property.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. The community maintains pet rules to help ensure a safe and sanitary living environment, with guidelines on registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and the restraint of pets in common areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, and residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement.
