My Mom is currently being held here. Since coming here they have her drugged up. She doesn't answer her phone and when I visit shes nodding out. She just had a VERY SERIOUS FALL HERE and was sent to the ER. They did not have guardrails up in her bed. Even though shes a fall risk. Ive tried contacting this "facility" 12 times. TWELVE TIMES to find out about the fall. I get redirected everytime and the phone rings and rings until it disconnects. Ive even tried the Administrator number. No one has contacted me. The HOSPITAL is suspicious of this facility now and I am getting a LAWYER. PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!!! THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING WEVE EVER BEEN THROUGH.

My experience talking to Casey about my son was literally a big help , he answer all my questions and help me right away on getting started to possibly become my son caregiver , it never hurts to try praying all goes well and he explained everything to where I completely understands HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.!!!!
