Understandably, that many cannot tolerate aromatic smells. However, in my experiences visiting similar facilities “The Smell” of a facility tells a lot about the level of care and details associated with cleanliness. Please try to do better in this area! Even if it’s just in the hallways/ corridors of patients areas, if at all possible. Nurses do listen with genuine concern and provide needed feedback. Also, for those in wheelchairs, could you consider taking them out for a ride sometime? Allowing them the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding countryside in the area, or to see downtown and the progression happening around. At this time in most of their lives, MEMORIES of pleasantries will add a little joy to their lives.

I love this place. I had hip replacement and all employees help with cleaniless, bathing if necessary, showers and food. I came out with items I need at home and a positive attitude as I went back to work caring for patients under CHAP. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME ESPECIALLY PT/OP. N Wrong place it was not on Foulk rd. It was on Marsh Rd.

The staff that I came in contact with while visiting my sister Shairee Sessoms were amazing! Very friendly, helpful and Compassionate. I think for sure she’s in good hands. My only concern would be the hallway soiled linen & trash I saw in the bins. Which made the facility smell very bad walking through I also noticed from the smell that some thorough cleaning should be done throughout the facility. But I’m aware that like most facilities they may be under staffed which could be the problem. But the Nursing staff were very polite, and friendly and seemed to care about my sister which matters the most. They took very good care of her from what I could see and definitely showed that they loved the job that they do very professional. To my liking, thanks

Visited my brother today. Other than the receptionist, no one acknowledged me as I tried to find his room, despite the fact that I looked several staff in their eyes as I wandered past their desk, through the ward going to and leaving from the room. Very unprofessional. We found out (about a hour later) that there was a medical issue that impacted my brother’s roommate and potentially my brother. They definitely need to exercise higher levels of professionalism and courtesy—especially to guests who come to support patients. Their attitude makes it a less welcoming space.
