Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my mother received during her stay at this rehabilitation center. From the nurses and therapists to the aides and support staff, everyone treated her with kindness, compassion, and respect. The rehabilitation team worked hard to help her regain strength while always encouraging her and keeping us informed about her progress. We truly appreciated the patience, professionalism, and genuine concern shown by everyone involved in her care. A special thank you to phisical therapist Marina, CNA's Elizabeth, Jazmin and to all of the staff for making a difficult time much easier for our family. Knowing that my mother was in caring and capable hands gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone looking for quality care and dedicated professionals. Thank you for everything you did for my mother and our family.

Caring individuals at a great price. Love that it is a small location as I have had my mother in a much larger one.

This is a quality place with caring in-house expertise. The rooms are fairly modern and everything is clean. The physical therapists seem dedicated and the rehab facility is pretty modern. There is a dietician to customize the menu and the food is acceptable. The skilled nurses have a daily routine that keeps mom on a schedule and there is a daily social get together with others which adds sone interest and variety to each day. There is no chaos and you get the sense that management is on the same page as staff.

My brother had a great experience at Little Neck. All of the services were excellent including occupational and physical therapy as well as the social services. Highly recommend for rehab.

Unfortunately I cannot say we had a positive experience here with my dad's stay. I will say a small number of the aids were very helpful, as well as the social services team, and physical therapists are great. Before arriving, I had found out that my friends' grandma was also at this rehab so I asked for their feedback. I do not want to speak to their behalf but they did give me a heads up that she faced neglectfulness due to the grandma's language barrier. For the record, my dad speaks English with an accent. He is calm and pleasant. He's not quick to complain about anything. My biggest issue our first night was aid Barbara. It was very apparent to both me and my brother that Barbara was mistreating my dad because he has an accent. She repeatedly asked in an aggressive tone - does he speak English, does he need a hearing aid?? My dad's bell was broken so they gave him a regular bell. He needed to use the bathroom and no one came for over 30 minutes. I politely asked for assistance and Barbara accused me of lying and saying that he only rang the bell once. When I brought it up in a professional manner, she spun it on me and said that I'm making my dad's blood pressure go up. A lot of aids are super inconsiderate of their volume in the morning and night time - they'll be talking and laughing loudly in the hallway during sleeping hours. I've witnessed this before 7am. Another patient who was not so senile, was repeatedly saying "save me, save me, save me". I overheard an aid respond, in a nasty aggressive tone "shut up you old lady!" Another aid would use my dad's room to make long personal phone calls while he was asleep. These are just a few examples of what we witnessed. The ground floor of the facility looks clean but the 1st floor is dirty and depressing. The beds are uncomfortable and furniture is so old.
