The staff has been very helpful & caring. They go above & beyond to help the family as well as the residents. I've seen staff being very gentle & interactive with residents & trying to keep them involved in things. The amount of activities the AD organizes is great & he tries to include different kinds of activities to involve mind, body, & hand mobility & co-ordination. And all residents who are able are strongly encourage to attend activity time to help keep them involved. But no one is being forced to do things they don't want to do. I am so glad to have found Lincolnshire when I needed a safe place for my husband.

Our Mom has been at Lincolnshire Place since February. Our entire family is extremely pleased with the care she has/is receiving. Everyone from the top down is exceptional.

Lincolnshire Place has loving, dedicated staff that cares about all the residents there. It is always so clean & smells so good. I love walking in there to visit. Always a smiling face to greet you!

If there are angels on earth that I needed, the staff at Lincolnshire filled that role for me. The kind loving care my father received while there warmed my heart. I could leave each day feeling confident the staff would take good care of him. I was also touched by the way the staff displayed concern for our welfare too. The staff showed compassion and genuine care for all of us. They were the angels I needed during that time. I could highly recommend Lincolnshire Place.

Our family is so glad that we found Lincolnshire Place. We had difficulty finding a place for mom that would take good care of her and meet all her needs. The staff that works there is wonderful. Very caring and go the extra mile to make sure your loved one is getting the care they need. There is one particular nurse who was so awesome and wonderful. She would call me and let me know how my mom was doing when I wasn't able to get there right away and this nurse always made sure that my mom was doing okay before she left for the day. The person who runs the kitchen also was very accommodating and they make sure that the person they're feeding is enjoying their meals and getting what they need for their health. The person's doing the physical rehabilitation were very good also. My mom went from being in a wheelchair to walking with a walker. Also the aids who are there that help them with all of their hygiene and going to bed and getting out of bed and moving around in general we're very kind and helpful also. I can't thank the caring staff and people who are in charge of Lincolnshire place enough for all their care and help. While we went through this rough time. They were truly a blessing!!
