I spent 3 weeks at Life Care Center of Plymouth. It was the first time I rehabilitated there, after knee replacement surgery. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. All staff I came in contact with were always friendly and professional. Always doing everything they can for patients.. The occupational and physical therapy had me walking around so much better than I thought I could or would be able to.if ever I need rehabilitation in the future I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else for care. I was able to leave walking well with a walker in 2 1/2 weeks, and able to go home.

Words can't fully express our gratitude to the team at Life Care Center of Plymouth. After my father suffered three strokes, they cared for him through every stage of his rehab and, ultimately, through his end-of-life journey with a level of compassion and understanding I'll never forget. The staff treated him with dignity, patience, and genuine kindness. They were understanding not just with him, but with our whole family during an incredibly difficult time. The facility is spotless, and every person we encountered was warm, professional, and truly caring. If you're looking for a place that will care for your loved one the way you would yourself, this is it. Thank you to everyone at Life Care Center for everything you did for my father and our family.

Today we celebrated Mother's Day with a wonderful family dinner together. When John, the Director, was about to leave for the day, overheard us saying at the front desk that I thought we had a reserved private room, he immediately dropped his bag, unlocked a beautiful room that wasnt taken, and actually wiped down the tables for us! We are so grateful for him and the rest of the staff, the case managers, my mom's nurses and CNAs, Katy, the medical secretary, the van driver, hairdresser, front desk staff, administrators. You are all so wonderful and committed. This is not an easy job, and you deserve to be recognized for taking care of your patients. Thank you and big hugs!

After a serious fall, my husband was discharged from the hospital and taken to Life Care Center of Plymouth. From the day of his arrival, my husband and I immediately felt that the staff there were all pulling for his recovery. From the manager of Life Care of Plymouth to the nurses, the rehabilitation therapists, the certified nurses aides, the day/community room director who created ways to entertain and pass the days, and the case manager, the entire staff there work to make a difficult period of time in life as pleasant and productive as possible. If you are ever in need of care, this is a really good place to be. Paul and Anne Webster

It was,Christmas Eve when i arrived from BIDH. Melissa in her Christmas get-up lifted spirits quickly. Andrew, head of CNA made every interaction enjoyable. Pam , Case Mgr, did a great job and we laughed together. I was in room 133 for 2 weeks and the entire staff was wonderful. PT and OT put me thru my paces too. Everyone was professional and friendly. If you have to spend time there, they do their best to make it comfortable. Angela
